We were lucky enough to try on a new(opened November, 2010), wild, exhilarating experience that is the Treetop adventure at Camp John Hay. A brief orientation will be given before you head out for some fun. Here are some of their offerings:

While hiking towards the Superman ride(Zipline), we couldn't resist taking shots along the trail filled with pine trees.

Love the scent, too. Bliss...

Last summer, I was disappointed that I didn't get to try this at Eden's Nature Park in Davao. I would reserve that pala on a much later and special date with my family.
Screaming our lungs out on a 200 meters long cable ride, 60-100 meters atop the pine trees, our first ever...

1-1-11 won't be forgotten!
The Canopy was a good break for us after that nerve-wracking exploit atop the pine trees.

It's like a 10 minute ride. Enough time to compose ourselves while savoring the great view of Mt. Pulag (second highest peak in the Philippines)...

before taking the plunge ala Tom Cruise(in Mission Impossible) Tree drop.

My boys said it was a great adrenaline rush!

Sweet facts:
- They have the same administration behind the Subic's Treetop Adventure and Circulo Verde in Ortigas.
- The staff was very helpful, trained and even comic in their own way, I guess to ease the "nervous factor" among their visitors.
- The facilities are safe and well-maintained.
- Best time to visit is during weekdays and regular days, since it gets too crowded and one may experience long lines in their rides.
- Bring a camera and enjoy the shriek-filled escapade! :)
